"Finally, a seafood restaurant worthy of its name"
We've been coming to Crete for many years and were always
disappointed that this Greek island didn't seem to have a quality
seafood restaurant.
Well, this year we were happily surprised to
find the brand new CoastMed Restaurant in Hersonissos. At first we thought that the
food might not be
the best, since there was such a spectacular seafront view. Wow,
were
we wrong! The grilled grouper
was excellent, prepared in a lemon and
ginger sauce and served with local greens. My wife had the lobster
salad
and it came with a delicate orange dressing. Really great food, with
good service and an unbelievable view...it was one of the highlights
of our trip.
