To trace the combined experiences of our team, you

a world atlas. The owner/host, Emmanuel Gerokostas was trained
in Switzerland, and has worked in restaurants and hotels in Europe,
Asia and N. America. Our Chef de Cuisine, Dimitrios Zois, brings us
a wealth of local experience after working in some of Athens most
renowned restaurants. The same international background rounds
out the remainder of the team, from the Sous Chef to the
bartenders to the serving staff.
